Product is good. However, forcing 400 in the box results with many being crimped and folded where you don’t want them t be. I understand adding more int the box, but maybe this is 50-100 to many. Otherwise the product is wonderful, especially for us that live it n the country areas.

Purchased the CF model and while we love it the bowl liners themselves are not too wonderful.. I’m not rating the liners they are a negative but unit is a 4

Ordered the new liners and yes they do work better, still could use more glue but definitely better
Have used it for a couple weekend now and so far love it .it really was the answer to our camp problem with sewer issue .very easy to install

The liners work fine., but I wish the shipping costs weren’t so high. Maybe you could offer a less expensive choice in the future for those that don’t need Them that fast.

We highly recommend this product! The Incinolet is a remarkable appliance. We’ve been using it for almost a year, in a temporary housing location, that would have required an expensive, engineered, septic system. This was the perfect, affordable solution, for our semi-nomadic lifestyle. It was an easy install, fairly quiet in use, and nearly maintenance free. We appreciate the attractive, eco-friendly, brilliant design, and there’s virtually no offensive odors, like our former composting toilet. The newest liner shape is easier to fit into the chamber, thank you. At a time, when water-use has become an issue, the solution is the waterless Incinolet. Every household should have one, it makes more sense, than the other options. Lastly, your customer-care staff, and services are fast, courteous, and efficient. We are very satisfied customers!

Good service. Shipping costs a little high with other e-commerce retailers offering free shipping.
I used to be able to order double liner quantity boxes over the phone. What happened to placing orders by phone? I just placed an order for 2 boxes of 400 liners. The shipping cost is equal to the cost of the 2 boxes. I used to be able to place an order via phone for 800 liners per box which greatly reduced shipping costs. I am paying more money for half of the product. Please reinstate being able to place orders by phone as well as this option of 800 liners/box. I should not have to pay shipping costs that equals the cost of the product. That is simply unacceptable. Thank you for your time.

We have never sold a box of 800 liners just a box of 400. Not sure why you could not get us by phone but please try again by phone.
Fast delivery easy to use only downside is the cost for shipping.
I wish the liners were a little taller so they could still slip under the “lip” of the toilet bowl. The top tends to start curling in when being used. Your service has always been great and very helpful. We have had our unit at our cabin for over 10 years and love it!!

We are very happy with our Incinolet toilet and how the liners fit so perfectly. Great for our occasional use at our lake cabin when the water table is high and doesn’t allow our traditional toilet to flush.

Shipping cost to Alaska too high. You need to consider USPS FLAT RATE. UPS is worthless, would increase the the price 4 times.
We do offer USPS flat rate that’s what most people from Alaska choose.
Quick shipping to Quebec Canada! Shipping rate was just as much as the actual product cost (40 US dollars) … But other than that quick and efficient.
It would be nice if I could buy the liners from Amazon. The shipping charges cost almost as much as the liners.

Our only problem is that there’s no information on how long it takes for the product to be shipped. It took a long time.
It would have been helpful for an email to be sent indicating this item was backordered (and therefore delayed) by almost two weeks, instead of me having to call and ask where my order was…? I really wanted the 1000 unfolded sheets, but since you only offer them by UPS delivery the $60 price equaled $112 which was ridiculous. I emailed about other delivery options but there was no response.

I had to ship to my daughters in lower 48, then she usps mailed to alaska. I am unhappy that you use ups solely. They are 3 times the price of usps. Painful for toilet liners!!

The bowl liners work very well.
This is so expensive! A discount should be offered for bulk buying. I worry you might discontinue, and I will have the toilet with no way to use it properly. Also, the wax/covering can sometimes stick.
Bowl liners work great but are a bit pricey for paper.
